Hay que diferenciar entre emoción y estado emocional. Las emociones son rápidas, vienen hacen su función y se van. El estado emocional diario, el de fondo, el cómo me siento en general todos los días, también debo de vigilarlo. Debo de auto-vigilarme para observar si mis pensamientos son capaces de mantenerme en un estado emocional diario equilibrado; si mi forma ser, de ver las cosas, me mantiene en una estable armonía o me sumerge en un pesimismo que puede llegar a ser crónico y no darme cuenta. Voy a seguir contando mis experiencias autobiográficas junto con las de otras personas como Jorge, Silvia, Juan y Pilar; una mujer que pasó por bastantes pruebas duras en su vida y que con su mentalidad ganadora las superó. Es cierto que todos pasamos en esta vida por situaciones mejores y peores; es lo normal. Lo importante es aprender a encontrar el lado positivo de las cosas. Sé que a veces cuesta, pero es lo mejor para nosotros. Saber separar “ el grano de la paja”, saber quitar la carga emocional de las lecciones que nos da la vida, es muy importante para nuestro presente y futuro bienestar.

El autores muy profundo. Mi encanta como el lo explica facilmente como el cerebro y emociones los positivo y el negativo todo trabaja para o de contra ti. Este libro esexcellente.
